Sustainability is a fundamental part of the corporate philosophy throughout the Estrel Campus. With the Estrel Tower, we are setting our standards even higher: we not only wanted to build the tallest building in the city, but also to implement the highest environmental and sustainability standards. The corresponding measures have been consistently implemented in all areas. From green roofs including photovoltaic systems to wildflower meadows and bicycle parking garages to CO2-neutral district heating: with these numerous green features, we are striving for LEED® Platinum (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for the Estrel Tower.
