Since February 2025, the Estrel Berlin has been certified and listed on the platform "Reisen für alle" (Travel for All).
The Estrel Berlin is fully accessible for wheelchair users throughout all areas – including the Estrel Congress Center. The main entrance can be reached via a ramp located at the front of the hotel, providing guests with disabilities a comfortable and independent arrival experience. For guests arriving by car, four designated disabled parking spaces are available in the hotel’s underground garage, offering a short, barrier-free route into the building.
All hotel areas – including restaurants, the Estrel Congress Center, and the Estrel Showtheater featuring the in-house production "Stars in Concert" – are accessible via ramps, elevators (floor space: 126 x 240 cm, operable via tactile keypad), or step-free passages. Wide doors, level floors, and spacious interiors ensure a comfortable stay in our two wheelchair-accessible guest rooms. These rooms are equipped with accessible bathrooms, featuring a raised toilet with ample space, a roll-in shower with a seat, and grab bars at the shower, toilet, and sink.
In addition, the Estrel Berlin offers 10 accessible-friendly rooms designed for guests with limited mobility who are not permanently dependent on a wheelchair.
