During this apprenticeship, you work in our restaurants as part of our friendly and professional service team. You recommend beverages and dishes, learn to serve them correctly and manage the billing procedures. This comprehensive food preparation training teaches you to observe and comply with healthy nutrition requirements and regulations regarding hygiene, environmental protection and work safety. In addition, you are in contact with the guests offering them ideal meal recommendations.
