You can choose between Food & Beverages, Controlling or Sales & Marketing. Every trainee is personally supervised by a mentor.

During this apprenticeship, you work in our restaurants as part of our friendly and professional service team. You recommend beverages and dishes, learn to serve them correctly and manage the billing procedures. Other duties include setting the tables in our restaurants or event areas, proper napkin folding and follow-up task after the meal service is completed.

During this apprenticeship, you do all the work associated with preparing food including purchasing and storage, learning recipes for main dishes, soups, sauces, pastries and sweet dishes, compiling menus, cooking, roasting and garnishing. This comprehensive food preparation training teaches you to observe and comply with healthy nutrition requirements and regulations regarding hygiene, environmental protection and work safety. In addition, you are in contact with the guests offering them ideal meal recommendations.

During this apprenticeship, you work in all of our hotel’s departments. You will learn to process room reservations and book requests for our guests and tour operators, welcome guests upon arrival, handle guests' correspondence and calculate and prepare offers. In addition, you will inspect and arrange our hotel & conference rooms and develop & implement marketing measures.

During this apprenticeship, you will take orders in the restaurants, serve food or drinks at the bar. During this apprenticeship, you plan events of all sizes in accordance with each event's financial, technical and organisational criteria. Your duties include ensuring compliance with all safety regulations such as fire protection and work safety, the proper set-up of the technical equipment for the event, its operation during the event and serving as a contact person for the event's staff, attendees and guests.
