The minimum rental rate corresponds with the rental rate for 10 hours. If the rental period extends beyond 10 hours, the rent for each commenced hour of extension corresponds with 1/10 of the “10-hour rental rate.” Square metre specifications are approximations and contain the gross area of the rented space. The rent includes basic seating, air conditioning, daily cleaning once per day, the general lighting (excluding stage lighting) and the final cleaning following the expiration of the rental period. Additional services and changes in the furnishings/equipment of the rooms (such as the installation or removal of furniture) are invoiced separately. Rehearsals and set-up or breakdown days for the tenant are invoiced at 50 % of the rental rate; exhibition days are invoiced at the full daily all-inclusive price. Personnel expenses for set-up, operation and breakdown of the technical equipment during rehearsals and the event are invoiced on the basis of the amount of time they involve, in any case a minimum of 6 hours. All prices quoted are in Euro and subject to the legally stipulated VAT.
