Auditorium at the ECC receives German Design Award 2022/23

Outstanding and pioneering design achievements can also be found at the Estrel Berlin. In 2021, the two-story Auditorium opened at the Estrel Congress Center, creating a 5,000-square-meter expansion to a total of 30,000 square meters. Here, prospective technology meets a minimalist, clean ambience (interior design: brandherm+krumrey), putting the focus on the event and the action on stage.

This has not escaped the attention of the German Design Council either, and the auditorium got highlighted by the German Design Award 2023 with a "Special Mention".

Every year the German Design Award is presented by the German Design Council for groundbreaking design solutions and represents the German design scene. The Council itself is one of the world's leading competence centers for communication and brand management in the field of design.

The award show and exhibition will take place in February 2023.
