"Thank you for the music - The ABBA Story" returns to the Estrel Berlin in early 2021 with hit parade legend Uwe Hübner. Till February 14th, the show takes you back hit by hit to the 70's with legendary songs by Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid.
On April 6, 1974, ABBA won the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Waterloo" and marked the start of an incredible international career. To this day, the legendary Swedish cult band has lost none of its appeal, though the quartet has not been on stage for a long time now. The show "Thank you for the music!" Agnetha, Anni-Frid, Benny and Björn rise again for a two-hour live spectacle. The "ABBA Story" lets long-time and aspiring fans immerse themselves in the music and vibe of the 70's. From January 2 to February 14, 2021, the highly acclaimed show production will be on stage at the Estrel Show Theater in Berlin, moderated by the engaging hit parade legend Uwe Hübner.
The show brings all the well-known hits such as "Mamma Mia", "Fernando", "Take a Chance On Me", "Money, Money, Money" and "Dancing Queen" live to the stage. The performers not only look astonishingly similar to the legendary stars of ABBA, but also perfectly match their Scandinavian role models in terms of vocals. Perfectly attuned to one another, the four musicians perform with impressive authenticity and give the impression of seeing ABBA in person on stage.
